You can use Blua points to redeem rewards like cash vouchers, health and wellness products and even discounts on healthcare services. Discover all the rewards you can redeem with your Blua points by visiting the "Marketplace" feature on the Blua Health app. Don't forget that Elite members have access to exclusive rewards as well!

Blua Health is currently available in Hong Kong and Macau, and cannot be downloaded in other countries and regions.

Currently, daily health missions include AI HealthShot, AI Fit PT, Keep moving, Stay hydrated, Eat green and Stay focus (coming soon). These tasks are designed to be simple and achievable, helping you work towards your health goals.

Users can connect Apple Health or Health Connect to their Blua Health account. To use the “Keep moving” feature, you’ll need to connect a tracking device to record your data.

AI Fit PT aims to create a personalized fitness plan based on your health level, goals, and preferences. The plan includes various exercises that can be adjusted as you progress, helping you stay motivated and see fitness results.

AI HealthShot uses the RGB camera to capture subtle color changes in your face caused by subcutaneous blood flow. The feature utilises the latest AI computer vision and signal processing techniques to capture the remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) signal, which contains physiological information about the human body. For more details, visit the PanopticsAI website that provides technical support for the AI HealthShot feature.

We take privacy and security of personal data very seriously. All Blua Health data is protected, and we ensure that your personal information remains confidential and secure. The image data recorded in AI features is used only on the user’s device and is not sent or stored on our servers.

You can redeem your rewards in “Marketplace” feature of the app and selecting the reward you want to claim. Reward redemption is subject to certain terms and conditions, so be sure to read the details carefully.
